In Crisis?

Are you in crisis?

  • Do you feel “out of control”?
  • Do you feel like you can’t cope?
  • Do you feel like hurting yourself or hurting your child(ren)?

Partners, family and friends

  • Do you feel like your loved one is in crisis?
  • Are you worried about her safety or the safety of her child(ren)?
  • Is she suddenly acting out-of-character, not making sense, or hearing/seeing things that aren’t there?

When in crisis:

Make sure child(ren) are in a safe place. Call someone to come and watch them.
